The Cabin features a menu of fresh favorites for every palate including great burgers, steaks, salads and appetizers. Our chef favors scratch cooking and local ingredients. The Cabin serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. A breakfast buffet is available during ski season. Located on the lobby level of the hotel.
The Cabin is open daily serving food from 7:00am to 10:00pm. Bar is open until 11:00pm. Winter hours will be 7:30am – 10:00pm for food, and the bar will remain open until 11:00pm.
Daily, from 4:00 to 6:00pm: Serving a perfect happy hour for guests and locals alike with 1/2 off draft beers and wine by the glass, and appetizer specials.
Thanksgiving Dinner at the Grand
Join us on Thanksgiving Day from 1:30 – 7:30pm for a Thanksgiving buffet. Complete with a carving station, cold table, hot table, and dessert table, offerings include herb roasted natural turkey, garlic and rosemary rubbed prime rib, seared Atlantic salmon, shrimp cocktail, whipped Yukon gold potatoes, traditional stuffing, spiced pumpkin pie, and more.
The Thanksgiving Buffet is $52 for adults, $15 for children 6 – 12, 5 and under free.
Christmas Dinner at the Grand
On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the Steamboat Grand will be serving a holiday buffet from 5 – 9pm. Complete with a carving station, cold table, hot table, and dessert table, offerings include garlic and rosemary rubbed prime rib, Christmas duck with red currant cumberland sauce, baked salmon en croute, shrimp cocktail, garlic mashed Yukon gold potatoes, wild rice, pumpkin cheesecake, brioche and cherry bread pudding, and more.
The Christmas Buffet is $69 for adults, $19 for children 6 – 12, 5 and under free.
