SCENIC LIFT RIDES
Take a ride up Mt. Werner and enjoy the views that can only be appreciated from the Steamboat Gondola and Christie Peak Express.
HIKING
One of the best ways to explore the mountain is via its hiking trails. Whether you’re a strong hiker or just looking to enjoy a leisurely stroll of the outdoors, we have a trail for you. FLY FISHING
Enjoy the outdoors in Steamboat fishing on one of the many rivers or lakes. Yampa River Outfitters provides guided fly fishing and instruction for all levels of fishermen, located in the Steamboat Flyfisher Shop in downtown Steamboat Springs.
GOLF
Haymaker Golf Course is owned by the City of Steamboat Springs which is committed to environmental sustainability. This 18-hole championship course, designed by Keith Foster, features a full practice facility, pro shop and Haymaker Patio Grill. Guest green fees include access to the practice range, range balls, and a cart.

Horseback Riding
Enjoy a horseback ride on deer and elk trails through the beautiful Northwest area of Colorado with a guided tour through Del’s Triangle 3 Ranch. Ride the Steamboat Horses through wildflower meadows, far from civilization. 1-hour rides, 2-hour rides, and half day rides with a sack lunch are available in the summer months.

At the end of an active day, a relaxing soak in a natural hot springs mineral pool can be just what your sore muscles need. The natural hot springs at Strawberry Park is one of Steamboat’s many natural treasures.
RAFTING

STEAMBOAT ZIPLINE ADVENTURES
Located just 10 minutes from town on Rabbit Ears Pass is Steamboat’s newest, thrilling family adventure. Steamboat Zipline Adventures offers a state-of-the-art six segment zipline, two quick jump belay systems and a trip down memory lane with an ATV ride along the old U.S Highway 40.
