Ski Storage Service

(Winter Only) Our complimentary ski storage service whisks your equipment from the Steamboat Grand to the slopes, just steps from the gondola. All you need to do is check your skis with the Bellmen upon arrival and your equipment will be waiting for you at the Grand Hotel’s exclusive, secure, ski storage location in Gondola Square the next morning. All you have to do is think about which trail to hit first! Map and Directions.


Concierge Services

(Unavailable until the winter season, please see front desk for assistance.) Knowledgeable concierge staff is available to help with all of your Steamboat questions. We can assist with everything from local dining recommendations to sleigh ride reservations to ensure your vacation is exceptional. Hours of operation is 9:00am to 6:00pm. Bell Services

Our friendly bell staff is awaiting your arrival to transport your luggage to your room. You will be taken care of every step of the way! (Valet currently not available)


Shuttle Service

(Currently Unavailable until the winter season)

The Steamboat Grand offers a complimentary shuttle that runs downtown from 4:15 pm to 10:15 pm, leaving the front door of the hotel :15 and :45 after the hour. The shuttle makes only two downtown stops for both pick up and drop offs: 7th Street across from Carl’s Tavern and 7th Street Norht next to Space Station Gas Station. Usage is on a first come first served basis, no reservation necessary. Masks are required and guests must only sit with members from their household.

New this winter the Grand will also offer a grocery store shuttle to City Market only. The grocery store shuttle will operate between 11:00am to 1:30pm and a reservation will be required and can be scheduled with the Bell Stand or Concierge. Departures from the hotel are scheduled on the hour (11:00am, 12:00am, and 1:00pm). Pick-ups from the Grocery Store are on the half hour (11:30pm, 12:30pm, and 1:30pm). IMPORTANT: You must call the shuttle line to be picked up.
