Written Deposit Policy

For winter and summer reservations, payment for air, travel insurance, and processing fee is due at time of booking. For summer reservations, payment for activities is also due in full at the time of booking


Winter Policies

Winter Lodging Payment Plan

An initial $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. A deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation (less the value of Vacation Protection Plan) is due within 10 days. Final payment is due 35 days prior to arrival*

Winter Package Payment Plan

An initial $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. A deposit of $200 per adult (13 & over) is due within 10 days. Final payment is due 35 days prior to arrival.*

Winter Cancellation Policy

Initial deposit will be forfeited for reservations cancelled 10 days or less after booking. Reservations cancelled after the 15% deposit, but before final payment, will also be assessed a $50 per adult, per lodging reservation cancel fee for winter reservations. Once your reservation is paid in full it is non-refundable. Air, travel insurance, and processing fee are paid in full at time of booking and therefore non refundable.*

*Reservations including lodging: $50 per lodging unit plus processing fee is due at the time of booking; 15% is due 10 days after booking; final payment due 35 days (45 days between December 18, 2017 and January 3, 2018) prior to arrival. All other reservations: 15% will be due 10 days after booking, final payment due 35 days (45 days between December 18, 2017 and January 3, 2018) prior to arrival.


Summer Policies

Summer Lodging & Package Policy

A 1 night deposit is due at time of booking. Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

If a reservation or lodging unit is cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival, the $25 initial deposit will be forfeited. If a reservation or lodging unit is cancelled 2 days or less prior to arrival, all payments will be forfeited.

*Once paid in full, Vacation Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable. Reservations are guaranteed and non-refundable once paid in full. Policies vary by season and are subject to change. Upgrades and one free allowable change per reservation are permitted, based on availability. Additional changes may be assessed a $25 fee per change. Airfares are subject to increase until the reservation is paid in full. Airline tickets are non-refundable after final payment.

Pet Policy

Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
