The Steamboat Grand has the professional planning staff and flexible space for all of your group, conference, wedding, or special event needs.
We can host as many as 600 guests or as few as 20 without losing the sense of intimacy. All you have to do is let us know the size of your group and the nature of your meeting and our team will tailor the space to fit your needs.
The Steamboat Grand offers more than 17,000 sq. feet of flexible indoor meeting, banquet and pre-function space conveniently located on one floor of the hotel.
The 5,484 sq. ft. ballroom can be divided into three sections and features modern electronics designed to accommodate high-tech meetings, events, concerts and teleconferences. Four additional meeting rooms are ideal for smaller group meetings and breakout sessions and have over 4,800 sq. ft. of combined space.
The hotel also offers an additional 10,000 sq. ft. of outdoor function space that is perfect for weddings and other social events.
