Winter Policies

Check-In/Out
Check in time is 4:00pm. Early check in is based on availability. Check out time is 11:00am. Late check out requests can be made on departure day, but are not guaranteed.

Winter Lodging Payment Plan
An initial $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. A deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation (less the value of Vacation Protection Plan) is due within 10 days. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival*

Winter Package Payment Plan
An initial $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. A deposit of $200 per adult (13 & over) is due within 10 days. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival*

Winter Cancel Policy
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival*, forfeit the $50 initial deposit and $50 per adult (13 & over) up to a maximum $200. If a reservation or lodging unit is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, all payments will be forfeited*

*During Holiday season (12/18/09-1/03/10), final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and for cancellations 45 days or less prior to arrival, all payments will be forfeited.

**Optional vacation protection plans are offered to every guest to protect the value of your vacation from cancellations due to medical and travel emergency. Once paid in full, Vacation Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable. Reservations are guaranteed and non-refundable once paid in full. Policies vary by season and are subject to change. Upgrades and one free allowable change per reservation are permitted, based on availability. Additional changes may be assessed a $25 fee per change. Airfares are subject to increase until the reservation is paid in full. Airline tickets are non-refundable after final payment.

If a reservation or lodging unit is cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival, the $25 initial deposit will be forfeited. If a reservation or lodging unit is cancelled 2 days or less prior to arrival, all payments will be forfeited.

Summer Package Policy
An initial $25 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Final payment is due 20 days prior to arrival.

If a reservation or lodging unit is cancelled more than 20 days prior to arrival, the $25 initial deposit will be forfeited. If a reservation or lodging unit is cancelled 20 days or less prior to arrival, all payments will be forfeited.
